            -  Property Photo Only Report 

               Front view photograph of structure for general portfolio review and asset verification.   

            -  Property Observation Report

               Front and rear photographs of structure along with photos of any noted hazards or                     liabilities.  Report provides a detailed assessment of the property to determine if the                  property is insurable.  

            -  High-Value Property Report

               Front and rear photographs of the structure, any additional structures on property,                photos of the kitchen, living room, family room, master bedroom, baths and                                    fireplace along with photos of any hazards or liabilities and provides a detailed                                assessment of the property to determine if property is insurable. 

• COMMERCIAL LINES

             On-site inspection of commercial properties includes restaurants, bar/nightclubs,                            apartment buildings, nursing homes, daycare centers and repair garages.

             -  Loss Control/Liability Report

               Front and rear photographs of the primary place of business, any  additional                                     outbuildings, photos of all interior rooms along with photos of any noted hazards or                   liabilities.  Report provides a detailed  assessment of the property as well as a general                liability assessment of the business to determine if the property and business is                insurable.
