          Franklin Insurance Adjusters can secure the records you require during the discovery                phase of litigation.  We will take care of the entire process by preparing the subpoena              and notice of deposition, contact the provider of records and serve the subpoena.

  • CLAIMANT AUTHORIZATION REQUEST   

              Franklin Insurance Adjusters can secure the records required by having the claimant               execute a HIPAA approved authorization allowing the release of records, contact the               provider of records and secure the records.

  • ON-SITE COPYING

          Have documents that cannot be removed from a site?  Franklin Insurance Adjusters can              dispatch one of our experienced personnel equipped with a portable copy machine and              the necessary supplies to the site.

  • DELIVERY OF RECORDS

          Franklin Insurance Adjusters delivers bound copies or we can scan the records and              provide them on a CD or in Adobe PDF format.  We can distribute the documents to other              interested counsel or insurance carriers at the client's request.
